Our care staff are carefully selected and recruited using stringent standards to ensure that the support workers we provide are competent, reliable and maintain the high standards that we set.
All staff complete an intensive induction and training programme, and all staff supplied hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
